Upon purchasing a PAY AS YOU GO Plan, you will receive an email message providing you with a toll-free or local access numbers, PIN Number, Customer service number and instructions to Dial. Simply, call the toll-free or local access number, enter your PIN Number and then dial the phone number of the person you are calling. If you are a new customer, our customer support team will call you to verify your order.

2. Can I use this plan outside USA, Canada, Singapore?
Yes, you can use this plan from anywhere outside USA, Canada, Singapore. Currently we have access numbers from these countries so the users from those countries can use toll free or local access numbers to dial in, but if access numbers are not listed, you can use SIP device or your PC (connected to Internet) to make outgoing calls.

3. What if I do not want to use PIN Number (Personal Identification Number)?
You can login to VTALKERS Web portal using your user id / password (which were sent to you via an email) and register your landline or cell number. You just have to dial the toll free number or local access number and then the destination number followed by the Pound key (#). There is no need to dial your PIN Number.

4. Can I use this plan using my SIP device?
Yes, if you don't want to use this plan using toll free or local access numbers, you can use your existing SIP device. To obtain the information on SIP device configuration, please click here

5. Can I use this plan using my PC?
Yes, you can download our soft phone and enter user id / password which were sent it to you via an email. Once login you can make calls to all over the world.

6. Can I view my Call details?
Yes, you can view your real time call details via VTALKERS web portal online. Calls details will only be available for last 120 days.

7. If my Phone Plan expires can I be reimbursed for the unused portion of the plan?
No. Please make sure to exhaust your Calling Plan prior to 120 days from the date of purchase.

8. Why do I have to wait for my account to be activated before receiving my PIN Number?
In VTALKERS, confirming your order is the way of ensuring consumer's protection against credit card fraud. Our billing department inspect and verify all new orders to guarantee your online security. This is a one time process. Once your account has been verified and activated you will start receiving your PIN Number instantly via e-mail.
